Beef chops ------ 1kg
Onions ------ 5nos (big cut in to slices)
Tomatoes ------ 3nos (medium cut in to slices)
Vinegar ------ 1tbsp
Pepper powder ------ 1tsp
Salt ------ to taste
Ghee ------ 5tbsp
Potatoes ------ 300gms (cut into strips and fried in oil, for garnishing)Masala (grind to fine)
Long red chilies ------ 12nos
Cumin seeds ------ 1.5tsp
Coriander seeds ------ 1.5tsp
Turmeric powder ------ 1tsp
Ginger ------ 3 inches
Garlic ------ 1big pod
Tamarind ------ 1marbel size

(1) Cook chops with salt, pepper, and vinegar till tender
(2) Drain the excess water (stock), keep aside
(3) Fry the chops on a tawa till golden brown in little ghee
(4) In a thick bottom vessel heat the remaining ghee fry onions till soft.

Then add tomatoes fry for some more time till soft.

(5) Add ground masala, fry till ghee leaves the side and flavor comes.
(6) Add the fried chops the stock (boiled water), cover, and cook till chops are fully covered with masala
(7) Garnish with fried potatoes
