Step 1

Chicken -1/2 kg (Boneless Cut in to cubes & wash)
Marinate - With Turmeric powder =1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1tsp
Salt - 1tsp
Lemon Juice - 1/2 Lemon

Shallow fry in 2 tsp Ghee till 3/4th done.

Step 2

Onion - 4 medium (cut into cubes)
Tomato - 2 big (cut into cubes)
Pepper powder - 2tsp (according to your need)
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Jeera powder - 1 heaped tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
Lemon Juice - from one lemon
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp chopped

Heat ghee, add onion, shallow fry for 2 minutes, add ginger-garlic
paste, and fry for some time. Now add all the powders, lemon juice, salt, little coriander leaves and cook for some time. Now add the shallow fried chicken pieces and cook for a while, finally garnish with coriander leaves and little garam masala powder.
